Ingredients
1 bunch fresh broccoli
½ cup shreddedmozarella cheese
½. pound bacon
1 cup mayonnaise
½. cup sugar
1½ tablespoons distilled vinegar

Instructions
- Fry the bacon until crisp, drain and cool on paper towels, then crumble.
 - Clean and cut the broccoli into bite-sized florets, discarding the stem.
 - In a medium serving bowl, mix together the broccoli, cheese, and bacon.
 - In a small bowl, which together the mayonnaise, sugar, and vinegar.
 - Mix the dressing into the broccoli mixture and serve immediately.
